Now, the food that we eat is in a very complex form, and our bodies can’t absorb all the nutrients from the food. So, it needs a substance that can break down the foods into nutrients so that the body can absorb the essential nutrients. Here comes water, which breaks down the food so that the body can absorb the nutrients, and the same water cleans the waste from the food and body. So, if you want to have a good digestive system, then you must drink plenty of water.

Water Prevents Dehydration

We all know our body loses body fluids for many reasons like exercises, daily activities, sweats, fever, illnesses, vomiting, and other reasons. So, when we lose body fluids, our body becomes dehydrated, and the body doesn’t function at its optimum level. Now, the body needs fluid so that it can function properly. And that’s why drinking water with enough quantity is important because the body recovers from dehydration for water. So, we all must stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water.

Water Helps Brain to Function Optimum Level

It’s a proven fact now that water is also important for the brain. That is because 75% of the brain is made up of water, and water also helps the brain electro-balance. And if you don’t drink enough water, it can mess up your memory and other brain functions.
